What to Report
- Embezzlement or breach of trust by employees
- Unfair business handling by employees
- Improper request or provision of money, valuables or entertainment
- Unfair trade practices using a superior position
- Sexual harassment or conduct disrupting workplace order
- Leakage of customer and company information
- Other matters violating the Code of Ethics
- Falsifying, forging, altering, damaging or destroying accounting information, or directing such acts
- Violation of relevant laws or the internal control system
Report Handling Process
Report by name or anonymously through the company website
Describe the report in detail using who, what, when, where, why and how
Insufficient reports may delay processing or make investigation impossible
Reporters who provide contact details are notified of the results by e-mail or phone
Reporter Protection
Strict confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and report content
Prohibition of revealing or searching for the reporter’s identity
Prohibition of discrimination or disadvantage against reporters
