Occupational Health & Safety Management Policy

SAMJIN Co., Ltd. is a company responsible for AIoT and smart-home products, smart controllers, communication modules and audio products from design through mass production. Considering the requirements of stakeholders including employees and workers of partner companies, headquarters (Republic of Korea) and overseas manufacturing subsidiaries practise occupational health and safety management according to the following principles.

    Elimination and reduction of harmful and hazardous factors

    We identify harmful and hazardous factors throughout all work processes and protect workers’ lives and physical safety by applying elimination, substitution and engineering controls as a priority.

    Establishment of an occupational health and safety management system

    We provide the human and material resources needed to achieve occupational health and safety objectives, and establish and operate an occupational health and safety management system suited to the characteristics of each workplace.

    Compliance with laws and stakeholder requirements

    We incorporate not only relevant laws including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, but also the requirements of stakeholders including customers, such as the RBA Code of Conduct.

    Objective management and improvement

    Each year we establish and implement occupational health and safety objectives, review the results and continually improve the occupational health and safety management system.

  5. 05

    Worker participation and information sharing

    We involve and consult workers in occupational health and safety activities including risk assessment, provide necessary occupational health and safety training to employees and partner companies, and share related information.
