- Samjin employees do not request or receive any inappropriate financial benefits, such as direct or indirect payments, entertainment, bribesthat may impair fairness in relation to work from business partners or business-related stakeholders.
- Samjin employees do not engage in unethical or illegal acts that may be condemned by society in relation to daily life and duties.
- Standards related to the provision of internal and external gifts are based on the standard table of internal and external gifts in Attachment 1.
Healthy Colleague Relationships
- The supervisor does not give unreasonable work orders unrelated to work to subordinates.
- Samjin employees must refrain from saying or doing anything that harms healthy colleague relationships, such as sexual harassment or profanity against the disabled.
- Except for official actions to revitalize the organization, Samjin employees do not engage in any other acts such as gift giving, monetary transactions, loan guarantees, joint guarantees, and gambling.

- Various information acquired in the course of work shall be accurately and clearly recorded and reported based on facts, managed as the company's intellectual property, and employees shall endeavor to secure and maintain the company's intellectual property rights.
- Samjin employees do not use company information or personal information acquired for business illegally or unfairly.
- Internal information (intellectual property rights, business and personal information, etc.) acquired in the course of work shall never be leaked without prior permission or approval during employment or after retirement.
- Samjin employees respect the intellectual property rights of third parties such as other people or companies, such as patents, copyrights, and trademarks, and do not intentionally infringe or use them illegally, etc., to harm the company.
Obligation to Comply with the Code of Ethics
- All Samjin employees must faithfully abide by the Code of Ethics regardless of position, and in case of violation, take responsibility for their actions, such as receiving disciplinary action.
- If an act that violates ethical management is coerced or recognized, it must be reported to the head of the department directly under the supervision or the audit office, and recurrence shall be prevented through thorough investigation of the cause and education.
- The company guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter and the details of the report, and the reporter does not receive any disadvantage or punishment for this.
- The company may give appropriate rewards to employees who have contributed to achieving the purpose of this guideline.
