Reporting System Operation Guide To improve business transparency and establish an ethical corporate culture, we operate an internal reporting system and receive reports from stakeholders regarding illegal/unfair behaviors of our employees. In this regard, we will actively respond to reports of illegal/unfair behaviors of our employees so such behaviors can be eradicated.
Report Handling Process
  • - You can report in your name or anonymously through reporting sites such as the company website.
  • - The report content should be written in detail and if there is evidence, attach it as a file.
  • - In the case of insufficient or incomplete report content, processing may be delayed or investigation may not be possible.
  • - Investigation results are notified to the reporter by e-mail or telephone

  • - Embezzlement/Breach of Employees
  • - Unfair business handling of employees
  • - Facts of unreasonable request and provision of money, bribes, and entertainment
  • - Unfair trade practices using superior position
  • - Disrespectful behavior due to sexual harassment
  • - Leakage of customer and company information
  • - Other matters that violate the Code of Ethics
  • - Acts of creating false accounting information or forging, falsifying, damaging or destroying accounting information and instructing them
  • - Violations of relevant laws, such as regulations or internal control systems
Reporter Protection Principle
  • - Strictly guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the contents of the report
  • - Prohibition of divulging the identity of the reporter and searching for the reporter
  • - Prohibition of discrimination and disadvantageous treatment against reporters
